GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE:
Provide assistance to the Production Shop Floor by assisting Value Stream Leaders / Production Planning with planning data analysis, reporting, and execution follow-up.

Functional & Technical SkillsDocument Loram Production best practices (Electrical, Mechanical, Fluids)Challenge, assist and follow-up on cross functional project teams from the Manufacturing support sideAssist with Labor / Routing cost control by analyzing transaction dataAssist with daily / weekly cost analysis and labor / schedule forecast updatesAssist with managing Supply Chain on critical delivery requirements of MaterialAssist with managing Non-Conformances impacting Value Streams, bring to ResolutionAssist with creating electronic Shop Floor execution dashboards to improve effectiveness of Value Stream LeadersAssist on maintaining data integrity in our ERP System (Dates, Routings, Connections)REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management or Business with a solid understanding of data.
Experience:
Achieved junior status or higher. The individual shall also have completed the "core" coursework for his/her chosen discipline.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong written and verbal communication skills required for interaction with manufacturing personnel, engineering, and management.Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical information.Ability to apply mid-level mathematical concepts such as exponents, geometry, algebra, and trigonometry. Able to calculate cost justifications for various projects and associated process improvements.Proficient in basic computer programs/business software: Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Must be willing to relocate in commutable distance to Hamel, MN from approximately June-August 2025 and able to work for a minimum of 11 weeks.WORKING CONDITIONS:
