This position is responsible for working directly with existing and prospective clients to understand their business needs, assessing their technology needs, and proposing solutions designed to create, grow, and retain satisfied customers.

Responsibilities:

Meet periodically with our client organizations to understand business needs, review service performance, and create and update a technology roadmap that outlines a strategic IT plan and budget to keep the environment stable and up-to-date.

Maximize client retention and customer service satisfaction through building trusted advisor relationships with decision makers; review service ticket performance and customer feedback with service management.

Follow solution development and pricing processes to create and deliver custom quotes for hardware, software, and services as needed.

Work with sales team to qualify and assess opportunities to add new client accounts.

Track all account activity in the Professional Services Automation (PSA) system.

Create and propose new Managed IT plans for qualified prospects; lead the discovery and findings & recommendations process.

Champion new customer onboarding and documentation process, sign-off and certify onboarding completion to ensure delivery of all services.

Maintain a deep and current understanding of each client's business situation, business needs and IT environment, translating those needs into service and product requirements, and updating documentation as required to reflect situational changes.

Maintain technical awareness of systems health and status of risk mitigation systems (data backup, battery backup, network security) by reviewing reports and coordinating with service delivery teams.

Coordinate with service delivery teams to manage and implement certain projects and to respond to incidents when needed; perform additional technical duties when needed.

Provide reports on an agreed schedule to Senior Management and clients as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

High School or equivalent.

4+ years equivalent professional and/or Managed IT experience. Experience with MSP ticketing, alert, and RMM systems (ConnectWise, Automate, Kaseya, Datto RMM, etc.)

Track record of proficiency in managing, engineering, and/or delivering the technical, hardware, software, and user support requirements for a 20+ user company or environment.
