NOW HIRING - GENERAL MANAGER, Delta Sky Club (MCI)Working as a General Manager, you will maintain the Delta Sky Club in accordance with the approved budget while meeting (and exceeding!) the clients' expectations. You will maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests, and the client, as well as other departments within the operation. Our General Managers promote professional growth and development of the entire team. You will ensure a culture of consistency and exceptional guest service, each and every day.Key Responsibilities:Leads a team of engaged, motivated, and guest-centric employees - conducts ongoing training and drives performanceManages in compliance with company and clients' established policies and proceduresMaintains food cost while ensuring the highest quality standardsEstablishes and maintains good rapport with staff, client, guest, and other departmentsManages purchasing and inventory controls; assists with menu planning in consultation with chefsKnowledgeable on HACCP controls along with proper storage and use of foodPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience5+ years of upscale food service experience, including several years at the management levelExperience in personnel management including hiring, supervision, evaluation, and succession planningProven track record of achieving company goals in compliance with company/client policies and proceduresExcellent leadership and organizational skills; highly diligent with a laser focus on the detailsDemonstrated success with performance management - your leadership delivers results via an impactful, engaged teamEffective problem solving and conflict management skillsAbility to multi-task as well as stay on task and concentrate with constant interruptionsExperience in food purchasing, food costs, and inventory controlAbility to create budgets, flash reports, financial targets, and forecastsKnowledge of cash handling procedures and reconciliation of multiple cash banks and reportsMust be knowledgeable on HACCP controls along with proper storage and use of foodMonitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and servingExceptional business etiquette and client relationsConformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behaviorBusiness systems savvy (MS Office / reporting & planning)ServSafe or Department of Health certification a plusApply to Eurest today!Eurest is a member of Compass Group USACompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
