QA Automation Team Leader

**QA Automation Team Leader****We require the following from the candidates:******Building strategy and plans to automate testing of products under development****Building and improving processes within the Automation team****Managing resources, hiring and training new employees****Setting objectives and motivating the Automation team****Establishing effective communication between the teams****Developing and supporting automation testing and its components: test framework, emulators, integrations****Training QA engineers (manual QA) to work with the test framework****Analyzing the results of autotests**Responsibilities and duties:******Experience in software testing****Deep knowledge of web application testing****Experience with SQL****Experience in C# / Java programming (we use C#)****Experience in developing, implementing and supporting automated testing using Selenium (at least familiarity with the tool)****Experience in developing and maintaining test documentation, test artifacts****Experience in managing an automation team.**Nice to have:******Knowledge of Gherkin****Experience with TeamCity, k8s, Docker, Octopus Deploy, JMeter, Jira, Confluence, Git.
