You will lead a dynamic team of finance professionals, drive financial performance, and provide invaluable insights to executive leadership.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategic Financial Leadership:

Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy for the assigned division, aligning with overall organizational goals.Financial Governance and Compliance:

Ensure rigorous adherence to financial regulations, reporting requirements, and internal policies within the division.Team Leadership and Talent Development:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing finance team within the division.Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A):

Evaluate and execute financial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.Financial Risk Management:

Develop and implement strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.Executive Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:

Communicate complex financial information to executive leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams.COMPETENCIES:Develops and executes comprehensive financial strategies.Ensures strict adherence to financial regulations.Inspires and mentors a high-performing finance team.Evaluates and executes financial aspects of M&A.Proactively identifies and mitigates financial risks.Communicates complex financial information effectively.Excellent leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.20+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role.Proven track record in shaping and executing complex financial strategies.Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.Strong team management and leadership experience.Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.
