Bonus points for experience with MSO systems.
Exposure and knowledge of TM Forum eTOM/SID and TAM modelsdesired but not required.
Roles & Responsibilities•Work with all levels of business functions within the company tounderstand problems with the IT business issues and propose resolutions.•Gather business and technical requirements from users.•Map requirements to the systems, including gap analysis andrecommend suitable improvements.•Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure thatproducts meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliabilityprior to delivery.•Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parametersfor products.•Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team,product development team, and other appropriate staff.•Coordinates product testing processes.•Participate in Technical Grooming and Work with SolutionDesigner, Business Analyst & Dev Manager to understand the APIrequirements of Epics & UserStories.•Participates in product testing.•
