This position will be hybrid out of the Springfield, IL office.
The
Compensation Analyst
provides analytical support to the compensation function. This role will assist with job documentation, job evaluation, salary administration, and special studies. Additionally this individual researches, analyzes, and develops modifications to compensation programs to meet identified organization objectives and needs, which may include base pay, short-term incentives, long-term incentives.

Developing compensation guidelines and proceduresDeveloping and facilitating compensation program presentationsPreferred knowledge and requirements
