We are currently conducting interviews for a seasoned Principal Machine Learning Engineer with extensive experience in machine learning and a strong background in the AdTech industry to work a hybrid schedule onsite in San Francisco, CA.The ideal candidate will spearhead our data engineering initiatives, focusing on the development and optimization of data pipelines that support machine learning models to enhance our advertising technology solutions. You will play a key role in shaping our data strategy to enable the next generation of machine learning models for our Ad Business.Responsibilities:Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of data pipelines for machine learning that drive our AdTech platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into sophisticated data models and algorithms.Oversee the collection, storage, and processing of large-scale data sets to ensure they are optimized for machine learning applications.Develop and maintain a robust and scalable data infrastructure that supports both real-time and batch data processing.Stay current with industry trends and advancements in AdTech and machine learning to identify and implement best practices.Mentor senior data engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.Ensure all data engineering and machine learning activities comply with data privacy and regulatory standards.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.At least 7 years of experience in data engineering with a focus on machine learning models, ideally within the AdTech sector.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java.Extensive experience with big data technologies (e.g., Flink, Spark) and cloud platforms (preferably GCP, but also AWS).Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience in deploying ML models at scale.Proven ability to lead projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Salary:

$239,000-$323,400 + Profit Sharing & Health Care Benefits
