Job Description:
As a product designer at Intro, you’ll have the opportunity to play a central role in shaping the way we connect people with world-class experts. Our mission is to give everyone access to anyone, and your work will ensure our platform is valuable, easy to use, and crafted to the highest standards.
You’ll be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming the next innovative feature to perfecting the details before launch. We expect you to leverage your full range of product design, interaction design, and visual design skills while contributing to high-level strategic decisions with our product and executive teams.
Product Designer Responsibilities:
Drive the design process from ideation to execution for mobile and web platformsCreate intuitive, user-centered designs through research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visualsCollaborate closely with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to iterate and refine product featuresDevelop and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across the platformConduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisionsMentor junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience
in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful mobile and web designsMastery of
design tools
like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD and proficiency in creating interactive prototypesStrong understanding of
interaction design, visual design,
and
UX principlesProven experience in
user research, usability testing,
and translating insights into actionable design improvementsAbility to work autonomously and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, agile environmentExcellent communication skills to present and justify design decisions clearly
