Starting at $160k + Bonuses + Equity CompensationJob Summary:Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Marketing to lead their marketing efforts, drive strategic growth, and build a high-performing marketing team from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C marketing, particularly in startup technology and healthcare sectors, and will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy that increases the number of procedures performed by USM. This role requires someone adept at managing large-scale budgets and utilizing data-driven insights to optimize performance across multiple marketing channels.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy:

Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness.Build, lead, and mentor a complete marketing team to support various initiatives and drive results.Team Leadership and Development:

Recruit, develop, and manage a team of marketing professionals, ensuring all digital and traditional marketing efforts are coordinated and executed effectively.Foster a collaborative and performance-driven team culture, supporting individual growth and company objectives.Manage Marketing Budget:

Oversee a multi-million-dollar annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.Ensure effective use of the marketing budget to drive growth and brand visibility.Digital Marketing Campaigns:

Oversee a team responsible for the execution of Google, Facebook, and other digital campaigns, using data analysis to drive decision-making and optimize performance.Enhance company's online presence, including improving SEO and managing social media platforms like LinkedIn, to generate leads and increase brand visibility.Social Media and Online Presence:

Develop and expand company's LinkedIn presence to connect with industry professionals and potential clients.Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.Performance Metrics and Reporting:

Implement robust performance tracking systems, including the use of Zoho Dashboard, to monitor KPIs such as lead generation, conversion ratios, and marketing spend efficiency.Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to leadership based on data insights.Collaboration with Sales:

Work closely with the sales team to gather feedback from the field, adjust marketing strategies accordingly, and ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives.Public Relations and Offline Marketing:

Develop and execute a comprehensive offline PR calendar, including media relations, event participation, and community engagement to enhance the company’s brand profile.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Vice President of Marketing, with at least 10 years of overall marketing experience, preferably in both startup technology and healthcare industries.Proven track record in building and leading high-performing marketing teams.Experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets and developing strategies that drive measurable growth.Expertise in B2C marketing, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and engagement strategies.Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and social media.Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools, particularly Zoho Dashboard.Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
