The Specialist, Collegiate Marketing executes the student marketing strategies for the US reporting to the Manager of Collegiate Marketing based onsite in Santa Monica, CA headquarters. You will contribute to the planning and execution of US-wide projects, driving brand awareness and relevance amongst our core target audience and the future consumer on/around campus. You will apply insights and create the most effective programming for the US-consumer, working with the Global HQ team. Also, you will project manage collegiate activations, focused on building unique value to the US consumer and scale across the US. The Specialist is an important member of the Marketing team and will work cross-functionally to bring the full marketing mix to life in the collegiate space across the US – including sport, culture, communications, and the Red Bull Media Network. You are also responsible for being a partner to the Region teams, ensuring quality execution and innovation across all activations.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

COLLEGIATE PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Support the project management of collegiate marketing activations and Global Brand Projects each year, confirmed in the business plan.Define and oversee the collegiate project principles, from project to post-mortem, ensuring successful kick-offs, premium execution and that key success measurements are understood and achieved.Evaluate latest and relevant entry-point consumer (EPC) trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for the Region teams to reach consumers in new ways and through new channels.Develop and communicate key standards for success to drive impact with our EPC, enforcing consistency through each project plan.Be an expert on the collegiate EPC, working with cross-functional counterparts to define opportunities with this audience.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

Collaborate across departments to build value and scale in all collegiate projects and programs.Work with key stakeholders to ensure the interests of Red Bull collegiate marketing are met; Identify other departmental projects and properties (Sales, Shopper Marketing, Culture Marketing, Creator Network, Brand Comms…etc) that have collegiate possible effects.Manage National programs and build trust with regional leadership to secure support of Santa Monica strategy and tactics through year.Guide collaboration between Consumer Collecting, Region teams and Santa Monica stakeholders.Align with Brand Marketing Region teams on KPIs per projects, with clear goals identified at the inception of the project.

CONSISTENCY AND QUALITY EXECUTION

Provide guidance to the Region field teams to drive quality execution and premium output.Partner with the region teams to provide coaching on the execution of national collegiate programs.Develop communication tools and activation assets per BP plans to promote and ensure quality execution.Partner with the global and national consumer collecting stakeholders to outline standards for the US.Share best practices with the US Business Units and Global Student and Field Marketing team.Conduct market visits to gain Region field execution insight and provide guidance and coaching.

The base salary range for this position is $76,095 - $84,104 + cash incentives. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
