The Human Resources & Payroll Administrator must have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from Payroll Administration, onboarding process, employee relations, training and development.Your role as a Human Resources & Payroll Administrator will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, such as Payroll Administration, conducting employee onboarding, organizing training with industry or software specific vendors, and helping to create an enriching employee relationship and atmosphere. You will act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics.The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization.Payroll Administration

Administer payroll for employees on a semimonthly scheduleResolve payroll errorsMake sure account balances are correctManage employee salary dataEnsure timesheets are accurateManage both incoming as well outgoing W-2 forms in order to be compliant with tax season deadlines.Prepare reports for weekly, quarterly and yearly reviewsHuman Resources General

Management and conduct the Onboarding/Offboarding Process of employeesConduct exit interviewsManagement of Buddy ProgramAssist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes when neededProvide support to employees in various HR-related issues and resolve any questions that may arisePromote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplaceAssist in development and implementation of human resource policiesOrganize, manage and deliver annual employee performance reviewsWork with managers to develop career development plans for related employees and provide guidance and support in achieving their goals.Organize and manage Performance Improvement Programs for employees and related managers (PIP)Maintain employee files and recordsOrganizing company employee offsite activities/eventsTraining

Lead the Educational Task Force (ETF) with employee representatives to determine annual training needsDevelop and execute training initiatives that are in line with the ETFInvestigate Training vendors and options to deliver engaging training sessions using a variety of methods, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning platforms for ETF requested trainingCreate and maintain training records and reports.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience is required.Proven work experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar roleBachelor’s Degree PreferredOutstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. ADP) will be a plus
