Director Of Prepared Foods

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Director of Prepared/Grab&Go Foods to lead our large culinary team and oversee all aspects of our prepared foods department. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of food trends, excellent leadership, and managerial skills, and a passion for creating high-quality and innovative prepared food offerings.Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the prepared foods department's growth and profitability.Lead and inspire a team of culinary staff to maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.Oversee menu development, including new product ideation, recipe creation, and cost analysis.Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, as well as regulatory requirements.Manage departmental budget, including cost control and P&L responsibility.Qualifications:Proven experience in a senior culinary leadership role, preferably in the prepared foods or food service industry.Strong business acumen and demonstrated success in driving sales and profitability.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.In-depth knowledge of food trends, culinary techniques, and food production processes.Catalog of recipes.Organized and detailed.No Saturdays!
