Join our rapidly growing organization serving over 50,000 patients annually and unlock new frontiers in healing and hope.We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient individual to join our IT team as a Technical Lead on the Data and Engineering team. In this role, you will manage multiple technical development and integration projects simultaneously, while also contributing to coding tasks when necessary. This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who is ready to take on more responsibility and is interested in mentoring and developing a high-performing technical team.In this role you will:

Manage all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC)Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to your teamParticipate in code reviews and contribute to coding tasks when requiredCoordinate and manage multiple development and other IT projects, ensuring timely deliveryWork closely with other IT team members to align project objectives with overall business goalsGenerate and analyze monthly KPI reports to track the performance of IT projectsDevelop additional reporting metrics to measure and enhance the effectiveness of technical processes and project outcomesWe require:

Minimum of 5 years of experience

in a technical role, with a strong background in software development, data integration, and healthcareBachelor of Computer Science , or a related field.Notable Experience in Python and SQLNotable experience in Cloud ( AWS

and/or

Azure ) deploymentsNotable understanding of healthcare data extracts,

FHIR ,

HL7 , spec sheets related to demographics and clinical dataUnderstanding of an Agile development frameworkExperience in

Selenium

is a plusProgrammatic data transformation ( R! ) skills are a plus.SFTP

server management experience is a plus.Hybrid 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with Occasional Weekends as needed.Salary up to

$140,000
