Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

Our Partner Marketing team is looking for an experienced partner marketer to help us grow our referral program.

The Senior Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for building a referral program that sufficiently rewards our partners for referring their clients and tracks referrals effectively in an automated fashion. They will build campaigns and processes to sign new partners, onboard them, and keep them engaged in the program.

Responsibilities include:

Managing our processes and technology that support our referral program

Creating materials to present the program to prospective partners

Define and execute the strategy for signing up new partners

Create the onboarding flow for new partners

Plan co-marketing activities with our top partners

Build marketing campaigns and templates for smaller partners to leverage

Initiate ongoing nurture campaigns to keep partners engaged

Create a partner enablement plan

Help exceed goals for partner-referred opportunities

We’d love to chat if you have:

8+ years of experience in partner marketing, ideally in the fintech space. Experience working in the Sage, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics channels would be a plus.

Experience building and/or managing a referral program

Strong analytical skills and the ability to test, adapt, and pivot as needed

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ownership of your function and the ability to build and execute on your strategy with minimal supervision

The ability to collaborate with counterparts in sales, other marketing teams, and the partner to gain buy in for mutually beneficial plans

Ambition and drive to set and achieve goals

The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

San Jose pay range:

$131,000—$164,000 USD
