We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our Professional Services department. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving cross-training planning and accountability, keeping the team informed on new features, and quickly onboarding new consultants. This role is critical in ensuring our team is well-equipped to provide top-notch service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:Cross-Training Planning and Accountability:

Develop and implement cross-training programs to enhance team skill sets.Monitor and report on cross-training progress and effectiveness.Ensure accountability through regular assessments and feedback sessions.

Feature Updates and Training:

Keep the team informed about new product features and updates.Create and deliver training sessions on new features, ensuring thorough understanding and application.Develop training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.

Onboarding New Consultants:

Design and execute a comprehensive onboarding program for new consultants.Provide initial training and continuous support to new hires to ensure a smooth transition.Evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding process and make improvements as needed.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and professional services.Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.Collaborate with other departments to ensure training aligns with company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field.3+ years of experience in training, preferably within the professional services or technology industry.Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to develop effective training materials and programs.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training software/tools.Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the IT or software industry.Familiarity with Kaseya products and services.Certification in training or instructional design.What We Offer:
