Perform duties as follows: Contract Organization: Maintain an organized system for managing contracts and related documents. Rebate Tracking: Monitor and track rebates related to medical devices, and other healthcare products. Product Recall Process: Understand and execute tracking for product recalls, ensuring patient safety. Shipping Terms: Collaborate with logistics teams to manage shipping terms. Supplier adds. Contract Management: Help to Draft, review, and finalize contracts with vendors, suppliers, and healthcare partners. Understand Contract Language: Interpret and apply business contract terms, and conditions. Develop supplier scorecards that will be used to measure supplier performance on agreements, spend, and user satisfaction. Other various projects and assignments including but not limited to discharge of vendor agreements, maintenance of contract documentation and files, internal communication of contract provisions, and the development and success of contract related processes.

Qualifications:Bachelors degree or equivalent; preferred experience in contract management within the healthcare field.Analytical mind, business acumen, attention to detail and a problem-solving aptitude is required.Experience using PeopleSoft, GHX and MS Office applications, i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, for analysis and presentation is preferred.Outstanding organizational ability is required.Minimum of three years' experience or equivalent in a contract role required.Certified Contract Law Specialist (CCLS) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) Preferred.Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Pay Range:USD $22.92 - USD $38.54 /Hr.
