This individual should have expertise within the power and gas markets of the United States. Serve as the primary legal advisor on various commercial matters surrounding the Gas and Power Commodities Market.Advise on litigation matters and collaborate with outside counsel, while working with the compliance team to assess administrative or regulatory investigations and queries.Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with FERC and CFTC Regulatory Bodies.Qualifications:
