Experience in building and scaling distributed systems, and experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, EKS).

Strong communication and collaboration skills – building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

A track record of attracting talent and leading high-performance teams to deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment of AI infrastructure.

Experience managing very senior engineers and/or senior managers.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

A passion for staying up to date with the state of the art in Generative AI for Computer Vision and cutting-edge technologies in AI/ML.

A master’s or a doctorate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
