Job Description

Exceptional communication skills required.Build Test cases (OTC, PTP, RTR) working with Functional leads, manage defect triage.Create Automation test framework using TOSCALead and oversee the SAP testing team in planning, executing, and managing comprehensive testing strategies for SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and technical specifications to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP modules.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to align testing activities with project timelines and requirements.Conduct risk assessments and prioritize testing efforts to ensure critical business processes and functionalities are thoroughly validated.Manage test data creation, maintenance, and validation to simulate real-world scenarios and accurately assess system performance.Utilize testing tools and methodologies to automate test scripts, optimize testing processes, and improve overall efficiency. Required knowledge and experience on TOSCAEffectively use TOSCA Test suite to ensure proper business compliance after working closely with the stakeholders.Monitor and report on testing progress, defects, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.Provide guidance and mentorship to the testing team, promoting skill development and fostering a collaborative work environment.Act as a subject matter expert on SAP testing best practices, industry standards, and emerging trends to drive continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and adherence to established testing frameworks and methodologies.
