Company Overview: We are a global human resources consulting firm with a presence in 8 countries and 15 offices worldwide. We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at the global headquarters, managing HR functions for a team of 20-30 employees.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, terminations, and performance improvement plans (PIPs).Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles within the company.Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance on employee development and growth.Foster positive employee relations and act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.Develop and implement employee recognition programs to promote engagement and motivation.Collaborate with leadership to support the company's HR strategies and initiatives.Requirements
Proficient in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).Minimum of 1.5 years of HR Generalist experience in a startup or consulting company environment.Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and recognition programs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Benefits
