Location: Looking for someone local to Charlotte, NC area. This candidate will be expected to be on-site at client offices located in Fort Mills, SC (30 minutes outside of Charlotte).

Project Overview:
This is the project where the clients are asking us to build a system to scan RFID's, QR Codes, and other ID's on the Equipment while renting.
Responsibilities:Maintain .Net based Legacy applications that interface with Hardwares such as Cameras, RFDI Readers, GPIOs etc.Maintain .Net based on premise services and websites and Data integrationDesign cloud-based applications on the Microsoft Azure platform using .NET and PaaS technologiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including , product owners, architects, developers, and system administrators, to design scalable and reliable solutionsWork with development team & tech leads to explain technical requirements, review deliverables and plan for smooth releasesEnsure the security, availability, and performance of Azure-based applicationsHelp team to troubleshoot and debug issues and provide timely resolutionsConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practicesStay up to date with the latest cloud services, tools, and best practicesDocument code, solutions, and technical specificationsExperience:
Experience of developing an Engineering product that interfaces with Hardware, including experience on Integration of required Protocol StackExperience in System Design consisting of multi-layer architectureProficient in .NET development using C# and the .NET frameworkFamiliarity with web development technologies, including ReactJS/NextJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSSKnowledge of Microsoft Azure platform and services, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure SQL DatabaseExperience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions with high scalability, availability, and securityFamiliarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Azure DevOps and GitUnderstanding of containerization technologies, such as Docker and KubernetesUnderstanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architectureFamiliarity with IOT, IOT Hub, IOT Edge or related IOT solutions available in marketExperience of leading a cross domain, cross geography Engineering team working on different components of the systemAwareness of Retail or Rental domain is a plusAwareness of RFID technology is a plusRequirements:
Masters or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot search-related issues and optimize performance using .NET tools and techniquesExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersSelf-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong attention to detail
