Required Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in a Computer Sci., Computer Eng., or IT field of study (e.g., Information Technology, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Computer Systems Management, Mathematics) or equivalent work experience8+ years of IT experience8+ years of work experience in software testing and quality assurance6+ years of experience designing and developing automated tests in Selenium or equivalent tool(s)5+ years of experience in manual or exploratory testingExperience implementing and defining automated test solutions and frameworks within and across programsExperience creating test plans, defining test cases, defect tracking, and report and dashboard designExperience with Java developmentExperience testing with mobile browsers/devicesExperience with leading multiple projects and teams
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Exposure to acceptance test-driven development (ATDD) and/or test-driven development (TDD)Experience with Agile development and release practicesExperience with version controlExperience with SQL
