WE ARE LOOKING FOR PRODUCTION PARTNERS THAT WILL BE PAID IN REVENUE SHARE AFTER EACH ASSIGNMENT IS COMPLETED AND UPLOADED TO THE APP. (MONTHLY AFTER SIXTY DAYS)

Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Cinematography to lead our cinematography department. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, technical expertise, and a passion for storytelling through visual media. You will collaborate closely with directors, producers, and other department heads to create stunning visual narratives that enhance our productions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the visual style and cinematographic approach for various film and television projects.

Collaborate with directors and producers to interpret script requirements and translate them into compelling visuals.

Oversee all aspects of cinematography, including camera operation, lighting design, and shot composition.

Select and manage a team of camera operators, gaffers, and other crew members to ensure a cohesive and high-quality production.

Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continually innovate and improve our cinematographic practices.

Ensure the efficient use of resources and adherence to budgets and schedules.

Conduct tests and evaluations of equipment and techniques to achieve the desired visual outcomes.

Mentor and guide junior cinematographers and crew members, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Cinematography, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in cinematography, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.

Proficient in various camera systems, lighting equipment, and post-production workflows.

Exceptional artistic vision and a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with industry-standard software and technologies related to cinematography and visual effects.

A strong understanding of storytelling and the ability to translate concepts into visual narratives.
