Overview:

This position serves as primary owner of NFI Real Estates platform of technology/systems and is responsible for the internal product management of software and system-based projects. This professional is a fundamental SME that maintains alignment across NFI Real Estate by defining, documenting, and communicating single source of truth data governance and enhancements. This role will involve systems administration for all stakeholders needed to support the business of NFIs owned Industrial Real Estate portfolio of 17+m sf and growing across the US. NFI Real Estate is a business unit of NFI Industries, a leading 3rd party supply chain enterprise with operations throughout North America.Responsibilities:Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Include, but not limited to, the following.Manage an ecosystem of applications, infrastructure, and integrations to ensure seamless flow of information throughout the platform using APIs / ETL tools.Define and manage Systems Business Plan vision, roadmap, objectives, and execution that builds confidence in the platform by key stakeholders.Maintain collaborative relationships with corporate IT (supporting the other operating business lines of the company) to create leveraged synergies that maintain corporate security and governance requirements.Develop relationships and contracts for support with external partners, vendors, and consultants to deliver best quality products and services.Maintain knowledge and trends for continuous improvements to the platform that is efficient, sustainable, measurable, and reportable.Create and manage workflow mapping diagrams for current and future business process implementations, design, testing, maintenance, and change management activities.Partner with business leaders to drive innovation, ensure open and continuous feedback, and enable equitable handling of competing priorities.Deploy a risk assessment and data security governance model for business continuity that meets and complies with real estate Big 4 audit.Project Management tracking and leadership updates on optimizations and on-going enhancements, testing, and training.Develop and leverage platforms single source of truth; data warehouse management, intelligent BI, dashboarding of analytics and financial report (YSR / SQL).
