Insight Global is seeking a Secret Cleared IT Specialist to support a federal client of ours onsite in Gulfport, MS. This role is on a 4-year program providing IT support to the local bases across the United States. The day to day includes:
Tier 1 and 2 troubleshootingDiagnosing computer and laptop issuesPrinter and related hardware resetsUser account supportCustomer serviceWorking through trouble tickets
