This position is for a Senior Mechanical Engineer located in San Francisco, CA, and is a full-time position for someone looking to join an Engineering Service firm in HVAC solutions.Description:
Be able to create solutions for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Produce documents for use in design-bid-build and design-build projects. Manage contractor relations and construction matters. Manage multiple small and large value projects at all stages of completion. Manage the LEED process when necessary. Be able to work in various manufacturer's VRF software and be able to work in Energy Pro and complete T-24 documentation. Experience in working up construction cost estimates is also required.Experience Required:
5+ years experience as a Mechanical EngineerExperience in healthcare (OSHPD), education (DSA), high-rise projects, industrial, residential, and hospitality type projectsExperience with AutoCAD, Revit, Cx works, and LEED accreditationLicensed Mechanical Engineer in CABSME from an ABET accredited school with above average GPABS or higher in Mechanical Engineering, or similar technical disciplineFor immediate consideration, please click apply and attach a copy of your resume.
