About the role
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for our Acquisition team. This individual will help manage the entire customer experience from acquisition to retention by executing our strategy across a range of channels and generating insights that will be leveraged by a range of cross-functional teams to strategically grow LifeMD's revenue. The ideal candidate is smart, solutions-oriented, resourceful, and creative with an interest in working at a fast-paced startup.
ResponsibilitiesActivate and monitor paid acquisition strategy across channelsImplement growth performance reporting to support testing and future optimization of campaigns across all channelsCreate and submit briefs to provide creative insights and feedback based on business needsCollaborate with Influencer and Dev teams to execute cross-functional strategiesProactively source new marketing initiatives ie. Display, YouTube, Snapchat and Tik TokRequirements
3+ years of marketing work or internship experience with exposure to paid channelsBusiness Major, with a focus in marketing/advertisingBasic understanding of growth marketing with an interest in paid advertisingGeneral understanding of KPI's- CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc.Proven track record of data-driven and analytical workStrong leadership, self-starter, and collaborative qualitiesCritical thinking skills with a growth-oriented mindset (Creative mindset a plus!)Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google SlidesBenefits
