Full Time - 5 days per weekShifts:
Start times as early as 4am - 6am including weekends with consecutive days off mid-weekPay:
$21 per hour + Overtime with opportunities for annual increasesIndependent position stocking at grocery stores & beverage outlets throughout Ventura CountyAdditional PerksMonthly car and mileage reimbursementMedical, Dental, and Vision plan options401K with a 50% match up to the first 10% contributionPaid Training with several development opportunities to nurture your career growthTuition Reimbursement, Wellness programs, Paid time offAppreciation events and contest throughout the year full of prizes, gear and funPosition Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along your routeTransport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truckManage backroom by organizing and consolidating productReport backstock inventory levelsMaintain relationships in the market by providing best in class serviceOther projects or duties as assignedRequired Skills and Experience:Must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum state legal age requirementsMust be able to pass a post-offer background check and drug testMust be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basisMust have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state lawPreferred Skills and Experience:High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)6 months of related experience in high endurance or highly physical activity or role, such as lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction work, landscaping, etc.Experience with a handheld ordering deviceCustomer service or beverage industry experiencePhysical Demands and Work Environment:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
