Salesforce product knowledge and experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.Basic understanding of salesforce configuration changes: fields, page layouts, record types, and reportsExcellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders.Experience gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions.A proactive attitude to platform enhancements and a desire to implement best practice solutions.Enthusiasm towards continued personal/professional development.
