Requirements
A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field OR at least 4 years of equivalent experience.Flexible availability.A valid driver's license.Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.Schedule | Flexible availability (Training will take place on day shift) | Pay: $20 per hour
In this role, you will build strong relationships to ensure exceptional service, address inquiries and concerns, conduct orientations and pre-training for temporary staff, manage daily timekeeping accurately, and coordinate weekly schedules. Quality control assessments and generating reports on key performance indicators will help maintain customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. You'll provide counseling on attendance and productivity, maintain compliance with company operations, evaluate temporary staff performance, support safety programs, attend customer meetings, engage in off-site recruiting, and handle other assigned duties as needed.
