We encourage you to apply and join our team What you'll be doing: + Hardware installation & configuration of enterprise servers and cabling infrastructure. + Hardware Break/Fix replacement of FRUs + Rack installation including putting racks in place, cabling, power up and handoff of servers to internal provisioning teams. + Troubleshooting and resolve Telco Connectivity issues + Troubleshoot & Replace Network Switch equipment + You will communicate within a ticketing environment that is used and supervised by multiple internal Oracle Cloud service owners and teams. + Documentation of activities and build/modify SOPs + Structured cabling, labeling, and troubleshooting of fiber/copper/telecom cables. + System power supplies and cabling install, fix and repair + You should be able to execute small projects on your own and work with your manager in planning and executing larger local projects + Texas - Abilene, Allen, Austin, Northern Virginia, Phoenix, AZ, Salt Lake City, UT, Chicago, IL What You will be Doing + Hardware installation & configuration of enterprise servers and cabling infrastructure. + Hardware Break/Fix replacement of FRUs + Rack installation including putting racks in place, cabling, power up and handoff of servers to internal provisioning teams. + Troubleshooting and resolve Telco Connectivity issues + Troubleshoot & Replace Network Switch equipment + You will communicate within a ticketing environment that is used and supervised by multiple internal Oracle Cloud service owners and teams. + Documentation of activities and build/modify SOPs + Structured cabling, labeling, and troubleshooting of fiber/copper/telecom cables. + System power supplies and cabling install, fix and repair + You should be able to execute small projects on your own and work with your manager in planning and executing larger local projects.
