(W2) [Strictly No Third Party Candidates]HybridResponsibilities:Demonstrate strong leadership abilities by building and managing development teams.Oversee the provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of software services and related infrastructure.Ensure systems, software, and processes align with organizational standards and values.Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines to optimize development workflows.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing advanced support as needed.Develop tools to minimize errors and enhance the overall customer experience.Conduct root cause analysis for production errors and incidents.Create scripts to automate tasks and improve visualization capabilities.Design and implement effective system troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.Establish and maintain appropriate security measures across systems.Thoroughly document processes, systems, and procedures.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.5+ years of experience managing large-scale Kubernetes clusters.Proficiency with open-source metrics and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and AlertManager.Hands-on experience with GitOps workflows, using tools like Flux or ArgoCD.Advanced skills in Terraform for infrastructure management.Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, with a focus on AWS and EKS.Expertise with Kubernetes tools such as Kubectl, Kustomize, YAML, and Helm Charts.Experience in maintaining Linux or Unix-based systems.Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git.Familiarity with automation and integration tools like GitHub Actions.Strong background in containerization platforms like Docker.Scripting experience in languages like Python, Bash, and Golang.Knowledge of Linux distributions, such as Ubuntu and CentOS.Experience in database management, including relational and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL and Neo4j.Capability to work independently and within a team environment.Expertise in developing CI/CD pipelines.Solid understanding of networking concepts, including SDN, switching, routing, and firewalls.Experience maintaining compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
