We seek a dynamic and seasoned Market Research & Consumer Insights Manager to become our 'resident expert' on consumer behavior, market trends, and strategic insights that drive our business forward. MRCI is at the heart of understanding what drives our clients and consumers across North America, analyzing their behaviors and motivations, and translating these into actionable strategies for growth.Responsibilities

Lead both qualitative fieldwork and quantitative studies from conception to completion with minimal supervision.Perform deep analyses on primary research data to craft compelling narratives that inform business decisions.Work closely with various teams to integrate multiple data sources into cohesive insights.Influence strategy through robust cross-functional partnerships based on data-driven intelligence.Keep your finger on the pulse of industry movements as well as macroeconomic factors to proactively guide long-term strategic thinking.Manage research operations including coordination with partners, survey programming, quality control checks, and event planning for qualitative research endeavors.Qualifications

Over 5 years of relevant experience in market research or consumer insights; at least 2 years spent supplier side handling large-scale projects across diverse topics/industries.Knowledgeable about Retail, FMCG/CPG industries, or Beauty sector; experienced in associated marketing development timelines and product innovation cycles.Expertise in quantitative/qualitative research methods including design, data analysis (cross-tabulation), sample design, fieldwork management etc.Proven ability in designing/managing significant market research programs like Brand Equity Studies or Segmentation Projects.A balance between analytical rigor and creative problem-solving skills; comfortable working with both data sets and people interactions.Exceptional communication abilities paired with a history of influencing business strategies effectively.Confidence in independently designing/managing projects while being able to navigate ambiguity effectively.Travel Requirements

Must be willing to travel for fieldwork as needed.Software Proficiency

Statistical packages (SPSS, R, STATA etc.), survey programming tools (Decipher, Alchemer, Qualtrics etc.), SAS familiarity preferred.Compensation

The annual base salary range for this position is $93,840.00 - $124,830.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
