Key Responsibilities:Help manager workload from the staff.All voice technology. Telecommunications, Microsoft teams is extremely important.Backend experience on Microsoft platform. Tweak call flows. Experience with NICE.Involved in discussing changes to the platforms with key stakeholders as another representative on the team.Trying to automate the activation on the teams calling.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
