We are seeking a Senior Software Development
Lead
to guide our web and mobile applications development team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the software development lifecycle, maintaining up-to-date industry and market knowledge, and to reinforce a culture of high-quality software development.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the development teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and
technologiesWork closely with
UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into interactive and visually appealing experiencesProvide technical estimates and perform technical risk assessments for project
planningMaking sure that solution meets regulatory, security, industry standards and contractual requirementsDeliver high quality projects and products on-time and on-budgetCoaching and mentoring the development team to grow our skill baseContribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or
Master’s Degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering, or related field8+ years of experience as a Web and Mobile Applications Developer3+ Years as a Web and Mobile Applications Team LeadExperience developing, deploying, and maintaining full stack, end-to-end applications including enterprise solutions, iOS and Android mobile developmentLanguages: JavaScript, Typescript, NodeJS, NWJS or Electron, C / C++, C#Web Frameworks: One or more SPA frameworks (i.e. Angular, React, or Vue)Data Solutions: SQL, NoSQL, JSON, XML, Object Relational Manager (ORM) / Object Document Mapper (ODM), Extract Transfer Load (ETL),
