Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Marketing Director to join our team. As a key member of our management team, the Regional Director will be responsible for driving business growth and overseeing the performance of our regional operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospice marketing and sales, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and developing strategic marketing initiatives.

This position requires 75% traveling and will oversee various branches in the South Texas Region. We are looking for someone that has Hospice Marketing experience and is goal-driven.

Duties:

Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive revenue and brand awareness.

Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform marketing decisions.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth.

Create and distribute marketing materials, including content marketing and email marketing campaigns.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Ensure all marketing efforts align with the company's overall vision and goals.

Foster strong relationships with regional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all regions.

Oversee and develop Account Executives in their regional coverage areas.

Oversee and develop the maintenance of ongoing relationships with hospice referral resources.

Assist Account Executives in obtaining all information needed by the Intake personnel required for patient admission.

Oversee and assist with the coordination and hosting of community and marketplace events.

Oversee and assist with the coordination and hosting of training sessions on the benefits of hospice.

Oversee and develop facility activities further strengthening hospice referral resource relationships and positively impacting patient wellbeing.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Regional Director or in a similar leadership role.

Strong background in marketing and sales.

Experience with performance marketing and content marketing.

Excellent leadership and management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to develop and manage budgets.

Experience with market research and competitive analysis.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Skills/Abilities:

Must be able to lead, develop and manage external hospice referral resources.

Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills with a service-oriented attitude.

Possess professional verbal and written communication skills.

Personalize the experience for each customer by fostering relationships, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.

Ability to communicate effectively and be a team player who works collaboratively with colleagues and management.

Experience working in a dynamic environment and track record of successful execution of multiple events with opposing priorities.

Strong project and time management skills – highly organized, detail-focused, results-driven, and accountable with the ability to handle stress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
