Draper, UtahThe Director of Assessments is a skilled leader who cares deeply about technology education, specifically assessment experiences. The Director of Assessments is responsible for balancing the quality, impact, and delivery of learner assessment experiences while also embracing innovation and Generative AI technologies to drive scale and reach.Who you're committed to being:

Assessment Content Publication

Creation, validation, and maintenance of Pluralsight's assessment content library, including:Learning ChecksSkill IQs, Pluralsight's adaptive, norm-referenced skill assessmentPractice ExamsExperimentation and productionalization of Generative AI-created assessment questionsLeadership

Direction of a team of 5+ assessment content professionals, including:Designing, implementing, and maintaining assessment best practices, processes, and workflowsOwning the outcomes of your team and the work they produce, both from a deadline and quality perspectiveAttracting, hiring, and retaining A-level talentCollaboration and Communication

Co-creation and collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to build new assessment experiences and author toolingCollaboration and communication with Sales and Marketing on the release and retirement of assessmentsExperience you'll bring:

Proven leadership experienceLengthy track record in technical education, specifically on-demand eLearningExperience directing the development of assessment products and experiencesExperience leading the creation of high-quality assessment content with reliable deliveryExperience creating and optimizing new processes and proceduresExperience building and directing geographically distributed teamsRequirements:

Bachelor's Degree (preferred, not required)2+ years SaaS experienceTravel Requirements:
