Habitat for Humanity International is seeking an IT Business Analyst III to join the Information Technology team. This individual will act as the link between our technological capacities and our business objectives. Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and operational needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies. Coordinate with key stakeholders to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and improve operational effectiveness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.Work with delivery team and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.Create detailed documentation of business requirements (user stories), processes, and solutions.Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.Facilitate meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s Degree6+ years of associated work experience

Requirements:Expert skills in identifying and capturing business requirements.Ability to build, update and maintain the team backlog, with updates from all stakeholders and the team.Advanced skills with process modeling tools and techniques.Skilled with logical and physical data modeling tools and techniques.Strong analytical and facilitation skills.Decision making and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience working on high impact cross-functional teams.Experience working with all levels of the organization, both technical and non-technical.

Preferred – in addition to minimum:CRM Systems business analysis – Salesforce preferred.Agile Methodology expertise.Jira.
