This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual with 0-1 years of experience to start their accounting career in a dynamic and supportive environment. The role is fully onsite, providing hands-on experience and mentorship from seasoned professionals.Key Responsibilities:General Ledger Maintenance
: Assist in maintaining the general ledger by recording and verifying financial transactions.Accounts Payable/Receivable
: Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Reconciliations
: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist in reconciling general ledger accounts.Financial Reporting
: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.Expense Reporting
: Process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.Data Entry
: Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and maintain organized records.Compliance
: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.Support
: Provide support during audits and assist in gathering documentation and responding to audit inquiries.Administrative Tasks
: Assist with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.Qualifications:
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required .Experience
: 0-1 years of accounting experience. Internships or relevant coursework will be considered.Technical Skills
: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.Analytical Skills
: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Communication Skills
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Attention to Detail
: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Organizational Skills
: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Team Player
: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take direction from senior staff.Preferred Qualifications:

the individual's skill sets, experience and training;licensure and certification requirements;office location and other geographic considerations;other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
