We are seeking a dedicated Quality Medicine Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in providing high-quality urgent medical care in emergency situations, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of various medical areas and procedures.Duties:Assess and treat patients with a wide range of medical conditions promptly and effectively.Perform essential medical procedures such as suturing, wound care, and splinting.Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including medical imaging, to guide patient treatment.Collaborate with specialists in Pediatrics, PICU, Labor and Delivery, and other areas for comprehensive patient care.Maintain accurate and updated medical records utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and patient safety standards.Administer medications and injections as required, following established protocols.Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives in the emergency department.Qualifications

Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.Board certification in Emergency Medicine preferred.Valid state medical license and DEA registration.Proven experience in emergency medicine or related fields.Familiarity with MDS (Minimum Data Set) documentation is a plus.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to perform well under pressure.Additional Information

The final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.Benefits - This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
