Overview:Join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering cutting-edge SCADA solutions in support of upstream unconventional production assets. Our client's Field SCADA team is known for leveraging state-of-the-art computational technologies and software development practices to provide innovative business solutions. As a SCADA Systems Integration Engineer, you will collaborate with engineers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver both software and hardware solutions. Your responsibilities will cover the full lifecycle of SCADA projects, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:Work closely with field and headquarters engineers, operators, and data managers to deliver high-impact SCADA solutions tailored to complex upstream challenges.Design, implement, and maintain SCADA systems, with a focus on platforms like Wonderware and Ignition.Reverse-engineer existing Wonderware systems to create new user-defined types (UDTs) and tags within Ignition.Develop intuitive SCADA visualizations and screens for operational use.Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the development, deployment, and support of SCADA systems.Expertise with both Wonderware and Ignition SCADA platforms.Proficiency in one or more protocols such as Ethernet/IP, MODBUS, MQTT, TCP/IP, JDBC, or OPC-UA.Strong experience with Microsoft SQL.Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience developing SCADA screens and modules in Ignition using Python, including Vision and Perspective modules.Familiarity with Autosol ACM.Prior experience in the oil and gas sector, particularly in SCADA systems integration.Experience managing large-scale data systems in an industrial setting.Familiarity with Agile development practices and user-centered design methodologies.
