Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented

Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist II

to join our team in the

DC, Northern Virginia or Maryland area.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Helps champion implementation of the ManTech Quality Management System (QMS) on assigned projects to include adhering to defined processes, submitting supporting artifacts, and properly training staff members.Support coordination and scheduling of internal and external audits and appraisals with project and local personnel.Work with projects to resolve corrective actions and findings assigned to projects in a timely manner.Assist in gap analysis, audits, and appraisals as needed and support the Quality Management Organization (QMO) to ensure that metric repositories are kept current for each assigned project.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in an IT, Business, Engineering, Math, Science, or related field.Two or more (2+) years of related experience.If a candidate does not have a degree at all, four (4) additional years of experience are required.If a candidate holds an Associates degree rather than a Bachelor's degree, two (2) additional years of experience are required.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Clearance Requirements:Must have an active/current Top Secret Security Clearance.Physical Requirements:Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
