Cox Enterprises Internal Consulting team is committed to continuing leverage external research and internal analysis to drive continuous improvement across Cox's businesses. Through teams of business improvement leadership and professionals, this critical Change Management Sr Manager will serve a crucial role managing change initiatives, ensuring transitions and adoption of processes, technologies and business strategies, contributing to the successful execution of complex projects.

Role SummaryThe Business Improvement Senior Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify business improvement opportunities, understand performance against industry benchmarks, assess process gaps, design solutions, and implement operational improvements across the enterprise. You will be an integral part of a high-performing team that drives results through collaboration and innovation.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver enterprise initiatives that enhance organizational capabilities, aligning outcomes with company vision and operational objectives.

Lead significant and complex projects across the enterprise by providing thought leadership to improve current functions through operational efficiency, process improvement, and technological advancements.

Develop and implement recommendations that drive growth, improve profitability, and enhance the customer experience using the latest technology.

Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders at all levels to identify improvement opportunities and develop actionable plans leveraging external best practices and benchmarking.

Conduct thorough analysis of current processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies, the root causes, and areas for enhancement.

Oversee a portfolio of business and process improvement projects, ensuring cohesive and integrated deployment and adoption of cross-functional initiatives.

Stay up to date on industry trends, macroeconomic conditions, geopolitics, and best practices, and use that knowledge to inform strategic decision making.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and drive consensus on project objectives and outcomes.

Act as a change agent within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting project status, key findings, and actionable recommendations.

Consult with and advise other Business Improvement analysts and managers on approach, methods, and implementation tactics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field and a minimum of 8 years' experience as a business consultant, role within operations improvement, or similar role, successfully leading complex projects. Candidate could have an MS degree with 5+ years of experience, Ph.D. with 3+ years of experience, or 12+ years in lieu of a degree.

Candidates with certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt) will be given priority review.

Strong understanding of operations management, business process optimization, and technology implementation.

Consulting experience including knowledge of the frameworks used to provide technical, process and/or business guidance to clients and ability to apply this knowledge in diverse situations.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies. Experience with SQL preferred.

Proven ability to quickly understand the nature and interdependencies of an organization's divisions, departments, and functions to contribute to effective business strategies and tactics.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, passionate about driving organizational change and improvement.

USD 106,700.00 - 177,900.00 per year

Compensation:Compensation includes a base salary of $106,700.00 - $177,900.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits:The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
