Responsibilities:

Proven experience leading a team of copywriters and designers.

Strong verbal communication skills necessary to effectively communicate concepts and solutions.

Flourishes in a lively, fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.

Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects.

Precise attention to detail.

Understanding of technical limitations and emerging technologies.

Experienced in working with supplied keyart.

Knowledge of page layout in Figma.

Strong typography skills, composition skills, and color sense.

Strong digital portfolio.

Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.

Telecomm experience a plus.

Experience with AfterEffects, 3D, and video a plus.

Experience:

Creative Director: 5 years (Preferred)

Advertising agency or in-house agency: 5 years (Required)

Figma: 4 years (Preferred)

Digital: 4 years (Preferred)

Adobe After Effects: 4 years (Preferred)

Video: 4 years (Preferred)

3D: 3 years (Preferred)

Education:

Bachelor Degree in design, art direction, art, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience.
