Overview:

We are looking for a Head of Strategic Accounts Manager to develop and manage a team of Strategic Account Managers to drive sales and revenue.

You will be responsible for ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new team members on sales process.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in sales management, strong communication and skills to coach your team for success.

Your TasksMain responsibilities:

Organizing, teaching and leading a team of SAM’s to work towards agreed targets.

Providing mentorship and training, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new SAM’s.

Set individual and team sales goals, forecasting sales volumes, and creating action plans.

Ability to travel up to 50%.

Partner with senior management to align sales goals with overall business objectives.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the software products and solutions offered.

Your ProfileRequirements:

Experience in Strategic Account Management:

Proven track record managing strategic accounts with a focus on landing and expanding within large, complex organizations.

Leadership Skills:

Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor senior sales professionals, driving high performance and accountability.

Key Account Planning Expertise:

Strong experience in developing and executing key account plans, with an emphasis on long-term customer relationships and growth strategies.

Sales Process Knowledge:

Deep understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, and experience ensuring proper implementation across the team.

Industry Experience:

Familiarity with SaaS sales and solutions tailored to manufacturing or related industries.

OT experience desirable.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Ability to work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer success to support strategic account growth.

Analytical Skills:

Strong data-driven approach to decision-making, including experience using Salesforce CRM.

Communication and Negotiation Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a proven ability to lead high-stakes negotiations.

Performance Management:

Experience in setting KPIs, monitoring team performance, and coaching sales reps to consistently exceed targets.
