The
Director, Supply Chain Finance
is responsible for developing and leading the DBI Supply Chain financial oversight, including budgets/LRP, projections, and overall accountability of the supply chain financials. This position must excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment providing financial analysis of the ongoing business results, ad-hoc financial analysis and insight, and strategic business planning recommendations. This position will be interactive with other leadership team members to understand the needs of the organization and provide supporting analysis and insightful recommendations. This individual will be required to challenge and develop staff through stretch goals and objectives, projects, and initiatives. We are open to remote-based candidates for this opportunity; however, with the collaborative nature of this role, candidates based in the Eastern time zone and/or within the vicinity of our Mid-West Logistics Center (Columbus, OH) or East Coast Logistics Center (Westampton, NJ) are preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee the Supply Chain financial planning process and team to support the annual budget, weekly projections, and modeling of the long-range plan, including both capital and expense. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:Multiple DSW Distribution & Fulfillment CentersWholesale Distribution and brands.com Fulfillment CenterBrands DTC ShippingCustomer shipping Expense Projections for all DBI websites, including DSW.com, vincecamuto.com, keds.com, etc.DBI Supply Chain and Sourcing US Home Office Operating ExpensesStrategic finance partner in all Supply Chain projects, leading financials in Business Cases where applicable and analyzing data to pinpoint efficiencies and optimize expenses.Required to present management recommendations based on analytical data to key stakeholders throughout the business.Ability to execute change management within the function, across the business, and with external partners focusing on enhancements, process efficiencies, and the appropriate alignment of roles and responsibilities across the enterprise.Required Skills:Present excellent leadership, communication, organization, and analytical skillsStrong ability to drive and influence both internal and external business partners to solutions on operational and project-based issuesAbility to interact and drive change across multiple areas, as well as multi-task several projects and initiatives in a changing environmentAbility to identify inefficiencies, recommend, and implement solutions to improve operationsAble to analyze business trends and KPIs to improve operational efficienciesAbility to lead a team with highly regarded analytical and strategic thinking skills that develop solutions to complex problemsStrong collaboration skills to build solid, trusted relationships with analytics teams and business leadershipAdvanced level skill in Microsoft ExcelCompetencies:Strategic Leadership:

Gets the most out of available resources and secures rare resources others cannot get.Qualifications:Experience:Minimum of 10 years’ work experience in a fast-paced environment (retail or wholesale experience preferred)Minimum of 5 years of management experiencePreferred Qualifications:MBA is valued but not requiredKnowledge of finance/GL packages; Hyperion or similar is valued but not requiredEducation:Undergraduate (B.S./B.A.) degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Math or similar field is required
