Job Overview
Position Schedule: Full-Time
The Branch Real Estate team exists to evolve the firm's real estate strategy to meet current and future client expectations and branch team needs. Branch Real Estate works in partnership with Financial Advisors and key home office stakeholders to support the firm's branch real estate initiatives.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:
Hiring Minimum: $70,659
Hiring Maximum: $116,516
Skills/Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent related work experience) preferred
Organizational and project management skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Understanding of the Edward Jones FA performance expectations, including analysis of FA's tenure, Practice Management Level, level of business, and making appropriate financial decisions for the firm.
Ability to apply a general understanding of Associate Relations policies and business continuity planning.
Ability to balance Compliance, Legal, and Associate Relations business decisions.
General knowledge of corporate principles and practices including Finance, Associate Relations, IS, Marketing, Branch Real Estate, etc.
Ability to temporarily serve as leader in leader's absence.
Ability to lead projects and implement new initiatives.
