1Overview

Pyramid is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst that can work in a multi-team agile environment looking to join a dynamic organization. Pyramid Systems is looking for individuals who share the passion and desire to grow and support our future demands and opportunities.This role will be responsible for gathering, reviewing, analyzing, and translating business requirements and functions into well-organized designs and user stories. The ideal candidate will have experience in the federal IT industry and a passion for working hand in hand with teams of architects and developers.Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering and negotiating specific scope items to ensure delivery meets the needs of all stakeholders.Additional scrum responsibilities like leading Backlog Refinement, leading group estimation with virtual Planning Poker, etc.Understand and create technical documentation around user processes, problems, and needs.Work with technical teams to develop solutions for the identified business requirements.Work as a cross-functional team member that can support other functions such as UI/UX and testing activities.Create mock-ups and prototypes for proposed solutions.Provide relevant job-related content in support of proposal efforts as required.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Ability to communicate well within cross-functional teams and to be the bridge between technical teams and business/operations stakeholders.Financial regulatory decision-based analysis experience is preferred but not mandatory.Strong collaborator able to contribute to a variety of tasks.Experience working in an Agile software development environment.Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills to build relationships with users, customers, and colleagues.Ability to translate between technical and non-technical material, and develop clear and informative communications for project stakeholders and user communities.Experience with Jira and/or other application lifecycle management tools.Qualifications

US Citizenship RequiredAbility to successfully receive and maintain public trust clearance.Bachelor's Degree.3+ or more years of experience in information technology, business, or related field.Why Pyramid?
