Come grow with us!Job Description:Financial Planning & Analysis LeaderWho you are:We are seeking an FP&A Leader to drive our financial planning and analysis as well as be able to develop and drive key metrics to help make decisions regarding Kodiak's growing business. Directly reporting to the CFO, this position will work closely with the Accounting/Finance team as well as other leaders within the organization to help with forecasting, budgeting, trending, and financial optimization.What you will do:Develop and maintain financial models to better analyze the business.Regular forecasting and annual budgeting.Collaborate with CFO, Line of Business (LOB) leaders and others to identify financial trends to model out future trends.Creation and maintenance of KPIs.Understanding industry measures within the industry and applying those to the business.Modeling for potential M&A.Monthly reporting packages as needed or requested.Ad hoc projects and reporting.Coaching and development.You must have:Ability to work independently.Strong attention to detail.Strong written and verbal skills.Ability to interact with multiple levels within an organization seamlessly.Deadline driven with strong time management skills.Experience with NetSuite a plus.M&A Experience a big plus.Education and Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Related Field.5-7 years + direct experience.Experience with software and tech enable services a huge plus.Supervisory experience.High level GAAP knowledge.Ability to work in the US without sponsorship.Strong preference to applicants who:Have a background in private equity or investment banking.We expect the candidate to uphold Crowe's values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship.
